I agree that a high budget isn't needed for a good game. Passion, interest, desire is required to make a good game. Passion comes from a development house who proposes and designs the game. Publishers however aren't big on receiving propositions from smaller studios, just their AAA teams. So if we don't hear this coming from big budget studio, it's because the publishers are paying a smaller studio to make the game. You can rest assured while they wan't to make Batman game. They may not want to make it now or within the design requirements of the publisher.



Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
