Yet another sales prediction thread I'm glad I didn't contribute to early on. I'm sure I would have been a pessimist, or at least a fence sitter. At least in this thread no one was questioning the OP's sanity, and there was a decent number who agreed. So noty as much fun reading the first couple of pages, and not as much crow being supped.

Expect a big drop for WE 27/12. Japan PS3 dumbers will crash (relatively) back below 100K, and the other regions will have substantial drop offs too. It'll probably fall to 600-700K. It'll be close to 31 million for sure.

With a week like this adjustments are inevitable, as they were last year. Do you think the adjustments will keep PS3 above 1 million? I think Japan will stay as is. America was higher than I expected (I was thinking 350 max). Others was lower than I expected (I was thinking a little over 400K). I reckon PS3 should hold on to its 7 figure achievement.

Do you remember 22 August 2009? http://vgchartz.com/weekly.php?date=40048&console=&maker=&boxartz=1# Seems like a lifetime ago.
