VGChartz has the difference at ~ 300K in Europe. However, it depends a bit on what is counted. Are you sure it's really the EU, and not "everything other than Japan and Americas"? That would be a 1.2M difference.
I counted Europe as the countries VGChartz count in Europe only, which is the 300K difference. Of course, this is sold vs shipped.
