No surprises here. I mean I know there are a million different ways to construe stats and what not but I actually believe this because out of me and my friends, we've all had to send ours in at least once. And we will continue to buy Xboxes no matter how many times they break.
I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.
