Sound like it was a PITA in the old days. Can't say I've experienced anything like that.
Yes I can seriously compare bugs on PC/console but only from personal experience. I watch my buddy try to play TF2 on the 360 every couple weeks, I watched him waste £40 on Supreme Commander and I hear it's still unplayable.
