No.  That's like saying the PS2 will beat out all the other next-gen consoles.  The only reason the PS2 and GBA keep selling is because they have a super low price and a huge games library.  Over time the newer systems drop in price and build up a large games library of their own.  In a few years, with no DS, the PSP would be slaughtering the GBA and have the market all to itself.  If Nintendo released the DS or the next GB at that point, PSP would already have stolen most of the market.
