Unless you really want a blu-ray player, I would go with option #3. You would then get the most bang for your $$$.
And if you don't really need games now, then obviously all 3 options have the same problem. You could always hold the cash for a little bit until we hit the dead time of year, from Mid-January to mid-March. You could then buy the games and catch up on all the great missed games.
