It does, it's in oakfield city. The lighting in game is amazing too.
But look at the difference between the greenery on uncharted screen and fable screen. Uncharted is clearly better. Bad comparsion, fable isn't mean to be real world.
It's like comparing the cellshading visuals of new Prince of Persia to the Prince of Persia Warrior Within and The Two Thrones.
EDIT: Dude, your gamer tag shows you played the game. How do you not know that shot is from the game?
