Plus Cell is a really nice architecture, yet, it won't make the PS3 this all powerfull super system. I garuantee that the best looking games this gen will be on the 360 soley because the 360 will get more devs optimizing games on that system and porting to ps3 as the gap between the userbase's continues to rise in 360's favor. NA's February sales will be mirror in EU. Only Japan will still have PS3 higher than 360, yet Wii will have 80% of that market.
we would be seeing the NPD of MARCH.
In Europe x360 wont even come near ps3. Yes the Wii could for sure.
We would soon see whose userbase rises?
I can also guarantee that the best looking games would all be on the ps3. However we would soon find out in a couple of months from NOW.
