Not happening. Nintendo is going to send so many Wii's to North America that it will be next to impossible for Microsoft to match. And even though the Arcade is $199, a lot of people would rather have a more souped up 360. Lowering the cost of the worst of the 3 SKU's to below the Wii will help, but it doesn't stop it from being the worst version.
