Exactly. DC is not a state so there are 51 voting parties on that map.

Not sure what you mean about west of Kansas... That's Nebraska. If you're talking about that other red state, it's Minnesota. That was the home of Mondale, the Democratic nominee in 1984.

 

Nebraska is North of Kansas.... I was asking about the "CO" because I thought it stood for Columbia, but it's Colorado.
