I actually didn't want to respond to such a retarded thread but hey it's quiet at work so...
Let's look at the Tour de France, people. That matchup is always riddled with dopingscandals from the word go and the officials catch a buttload of people from all different country's.
Incidently the biggest tourwinner was an American and never caught with doping...
