This is HUGE in my opinion.
The first time I dueled Shea, we broke even but she used the cape constantly and I didn't use it at all. It felt like an uphill battle all the way. These days I'm really playing up the cape and Mario is much easier to use. I slaughtered iclim4's Toon Link thanks mostly to the cape (Riot might remember that Brawl).
