You have to say the numbers this month look like decent estimates. We'll all be wise after the fact if they're way off.
Only situations I can see are, 3DS sales were even better than thought, X1 permanent cut had a bigger effect or ps4 is beasting in the US.
Reason I think the ps4 could be undertracked is this. Sony showed this site undertracked the ps4 WW by about 400k between January and February. They made adjustments but note that these were added to 2014 numbers. Hence on this site ps4 is oovertracked for 2014 but under tracked for 2015.
The big question is where do these sales go. I'd be shocked if a decent portion wasn't from the US because otherwise the ps4 is heavily undertracked outside of the US and japan.
So its possible that ps4 is undertracked in the usa and considering the x1 wasn't far off on online retailers it could be too.
Wouldn't it be great if everything was undertracked lmao!
