Forums - General Discussion - Can wisdom teeth be saved, even if they have cavities? Read please.

I'm not rich I hate my dentist so bad seriously $4000 to remove all 4 wisdom teeth , noone has that kind of money unless they work in as a lawyer or a doctor , I wanna punch the dental system for exploitation of the customer the first wisdom tooth was $819 and the next one that is not infected needs to be removed for some dumb reason sigh I lasted 34 years with all 4 wisdom tooth dental system trying to spook us the customer so we'd pay them in frig interest if we don't have enough I don't fucking have another $819 madmen this state sucks.

Guess my extracted wisdom tooth is finally healed ? theres a massive hole there still. The Dentist thinks I'm a millionaire he's crazy he says I need my right wisdom tooth extracted too even though I have papers it's not infected he wants to charge another 819$ , this is stupid it angers me dentist try to squeeze money off your pockets like the first 800+$ for the first one was needed because it was infected and this man wants to charge me 4000$ for all 4 wisdom tooth extraction fuck out of here california.

On the first case you could already buy a plane ticket for Brazil, remove all four and go back for less than you paid on a single extraction. And probably there are plenty of cheaper places as well.

You are correct about the flight from Brazil and the cheapest one is from Los Angeles for $400 , I'm being hoodwinked in California

My primary dentist no longer is sending me to the dental surgeon that removed my first wisdom tooth, We'll try a different location for the remaining 3 wisdom teeth.

It’s technically better to keep your wisdom teeth. Duh right? Nature. Removing teeth causes bone density loss. You want a strong jawbone. Good for chewing too. If it’s not giving you problems, don’t listen to them. They’re just trying to pay off student loans and your mouth is their new debit account.

Don’t get root canals either. Your teeth aren’t mannequin teeth. They are living organs. A root canal means they taxidermy your tooth and leave the dead thing right in your gums. A dead nerveless tooth becomes a fortified resort for the worst bacteria you could ever imagine. Western medicine is after your wallet, it’s set up to make you sick in a way that you blame yourself instead of your medical professionals.

$800 is ridiculous.

I didn't have to pay anything for my wisdom tooth removal since it is covered by insurance but I've got the invoice right here.
The pulling itself cost €14.23 or about $16. The whole procedure (local anaesthesis, teeth inspection etc.) cost €46.26 or about $51.
