So there is apparently a rumor that Sony is trying to get a timed hat on Res 4 Remake. Enough with the timed hats already Sony!

They already got another Final Fantasy game as an exclusive, rumored to be a Action RPG spinoff made by Team Ninja.

There are also rumors but with no credible source that they got Dragons Dogma 2 as an exclusive.

What are the sources on these?

Machine Games hiring for an unannounced project, probably Wolfenstein 3 which is weird since I thought that game was very far along. https://mobile.twitter.com/IdleSloth84/status/1396532832290344962?s=19

1st Set!

If you want me to use a different image, make a few slight adjustments, I will do so if I have the time so don't worry about asking, the cards will be hyperlinked in the "Bingo Card Predictions" shortcut and lead to the specific users bingo cards.

That was quick.  I just now changed my avy, and made some space.  If ok, ready for change. Thanks.

Can't wait for Persona 5 to not come to Xbox, so I don't have to play the entirety of the KH franchise

Hey everybody, how is everyone holding up here? E3 can’t come soon enough, I just took off the entire weekend of E3 lol

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

It is a bit concerning that they haven't announced a date/time for their conference, makes me wonder if not enough games are ready/progressed enough for them to be confident enough to show.

Finished Shadow Warrior 2.

Good looking game when you consider that it's not an AAA game. Sadly it's hardly optimized, running only in 900p with 30FPS.
Thankfully, FPS boost saves the day. Since the game plays similar to Doom, 60 FPS is a must. Yet, the low resolution is very noticeable.

I'm positive that the recently announced Shadow Warrior 3 will fix these issues.

The first Shadow Warrior game was linear and quite long. SW2 is a little different in that regard. It has lots of huge maps that you will traverse multiple times when completing main quests, side quests, hunts or just for grinding purposes. There's a nice feature which allows you to teleport from one of these maps to the hub world where you can buy and craft and then teleport back to the exact same spot you started.

These huge maps cause issues though. You will always start at one edge of the map and then have to go to the start of your quest first as there isn't an ability to teleport within that map. There's also quite some backtracking during missions. Even with all the backtracking (which isn't all that bad as you can run and dash quite quickly), the game is pretty short. While the first game felt a bit too long, I completed SW2 in 8 hours. That's 8 hours WITH all side missions completed. Once you realize that you don't have to kill all the enemies during quests (as they are the same enemies that respawn everytime you'd enter that area while freeroaming) you can mostly just jump and dash past them to your main objective.

Gameplay is fun, just like the first game. I used the katana/blade almost exclusively. Only for larger enemies or bosses, I used weapons. Mostly the Shotgun, Assault Rifle or a Grenade Launcher since bosses will cause too much damage when you're up close trying to hit them with your katana.
It also plays a lot like a looter shooter, because the enemies will drop countless upgrades that you can insert into your weapon or gear at any time. Some also drop weapons, but that's quite rare.

The dialogues are obviously another highlight of the game. Very entertaining. The story on the other hand might not be as interesting as the story of the first game (probably due to the short length of the game).

Overall, two steps forward, two steps back. Yet, I think I had a slightly better time with this game. I'm definitely excited for SW3 which might fix my issues with both the first and second game.

7.5/10

There was an Overwatch 2 stream? How did I not hear a single thing about this?

This is me with the spoiler tags, I know I shouldn't but can't resist.

Hurry up and get here June 13th.
