Wait, why do you think this will be the last time they do this? MS has pretty much proven they release their big games during the Holiday season. 

Regardless, not a good look for xbox. Definitely kharma for some of the xbox trolls on twitter that attacked PS for not having anything this holiday, ooof.

Soon we will come to a point where logistically it will become near impossible to do this with how many studios they now have and how many titles they have in development, based on rumours it looks like that will likely start in 2023, holding onto AAA's for Holiday only would be ineffective to Game Pass growth too, holding onto games for Holiday in the past has been traditionally for the hardware boost that comes along with it but a service like Game Pass needs content dropped into it at a regular schedule, I would say something like every 3 months for major releases with smaller ones in-between.

I believe they also said that they are aiming for at least one major release per quarter in the past too, it hasn't happened for 2020-2022 because their content pipeline simply wasn't ready. I'd also say that it simply doesn't make sense to dump everything into Holiday when they have that many studios too because they will also come to a point where they could end up holding onto some AAA's for a year despite them being ready to release, that's just a wasted revenue stream.

Why we need a few more studios, game pass numbers are going to be stagnant and getting some smaller to mid size studios can helps round out some dry months. Obviously once bought it's not like it will immediately change, but it will help going forward to always have more since game pass should keep growing.

If you own all 3 games, yes you can. Not sure how that would apply through having access via GP, if they will allow you to download the access passes you need for Hitman 3 to download the levels from 1+2. I'd assume that they'll let you do so, cus why not...but couldn't say for certain.
