Forums - General Discussion - [Update] Officially two years cancer free

Fantastic! The end is in sight for you.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Sounds like ya gonna live, but is that a blessing or a curse? O_o

Awesome!

Congrats dude. Keep kicking its ass!

Wow! I didn't even know this was happening with you.

I sincerely hope for your full recovery.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Exquisite news! Congrats!

Thanks so much guys.
It's been an absolutely terrifying few months that's felt like years, but it's starting to look like I'm probably gonna be okay.
That said, I'm not out of the woods just yet, but the prognosis is promising.

Happy for you Curl. :)

Never doubted you were stronger than this crap.

Here’s hoping you get fully cancer free real soon so you can move on to more joyful life moments.

The no spread, ontop of it shrinking significantly... your half way there, to being cancer free.

Finally got a date... for surgery!

I'm due to go in to have my cancer removed on the 14th of April.

I'll be in hospital for one to two weeks afterwards, and I'm going to permanently lose sensation in my foot since they'll be taking out a sizable chunk of one of the main nerves in my leg, but that's a small price to pay. I will still be able to walk, and honestly I'd be fine with an amputation if that would solve the problem.

In just 29 days the tumor should be gone.
