Yeah - I went back and forth on this a few times, I wasn't sure whether edit SHOULD push out notifications or not... ...eventually, I settled on "Yes" - because you might want to go back and tag somebody on a post you already wrote, but neglected to tag them the first time around. Or - you've significantly changed the theme of your post, and you want those people you tagged to get notified again.
