I actually bought the game because i thought it looked decent. Turns out i was very wrong. The 1000 gamerscore did make me feel a little better though.

I really liked this game… and it's that bland?
If this happens, maybe they will work out the bad - like in yooka laylee - and the game might not be… as bland!

Didn't Microsoft fund Cuphead? Though, Studio MDHR said no ports to other consoles . 

I imagine if its exclusive than MS funded it.

I bet Cuphead could be on Switch if MS gave it the okay. But little incentive unless MS getting some of the money.

Why would anyone play this when they have Mario odyssey (and other better platformers) lol

I actually played both at the same time and yikes, SLT is just not that good. I recommend saving that money for something worth playing.
