Forums - Nintendo Discussion - What I Want For The Next Zelda

World of Warcraft has (or had) it and for the 3 years I played it I only saw the world in daylight when I could play in the weekend... I will forever remember WoW as a dreary dark world.

For the next Zelda I would like more dungeons and underground areas to explore.

It's pretty amazing and real shame that they skipped underground areas all together.

i remember coming up to rock formation in the cliff, obvious "bomb it to pass" moment, only to find chest right behind it. Another time, IIRC, there was rocks in the well, "oh, hidden passage" i thought...nope, another chest.

I honestly have no idea why would they skip entire underground - after a while it seemed to me as if they put placeholders on those locations to implement undergrounfd locations later and then decided not to and just put the chest instead.

OoT to Majoras mask like improvement from BotW.

Make a huge open world, let us play as link, a goron, a zora, a gerudo and a rito, (or even zelda , maybe..), not by masks, just change the character you control.
as you advance in game, you will unlock the other characters to control.
at least one dungeon that can be only passed using one of the characters each.
Lots of things to do in the world, some exclusive to each character. Water exploration for zora, sand walrus surfing for gerudo, mounting horses fo link, rolling for goron and flying for rito. Some weapons exclusive to some characters, or at least more effective in their hands(for instance, zoras double the damage of tridents, gerudos scintars, etc), unique playstyles. bring back the boomerang fin of zoras, ground pound on goron from MM, etc.
Finally, shared world online play a non invasive online where you pay the same way if it is online or not, if you allow people to join your world. You can play the entire game alone or play most of it online.

No open world since it dilutes the game, actual dungeons, actual music, enemy variety, no godforsaken voice acting that nobody asked for, no unnecessary equipment system that leads to frustration more than anything else, actual item-based progression throughout the game.

Can you tell I hated BotW?

I am currently sigless.

1. Good and well written story at least once.

2. Quests. Hell we are alter W3 post game era. If someone likes korean mmo oraz fedex quest ok.

3. Properly done combat system.

4. Dialogues and characteristic main charakter + at least one or two nicely written characters.

5. Lively world if it be an open world again. And ofc activities and something more than some trees.

Nudity.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Nudity might be a bad idea in a Zelda game. Then again, Breath of The Wild had Link go into a bar. An ACTUAL bar, not a g-rated version like the Majora's Mask milk bar. One side quest even has Link get a Gerudo soldier home by telling her they're making her favorite drink, so she jumps up and runs right for Gerudo Town.

Maybe just partial nudity on certain male and female characters. EX:

A little blood wouldn't be so bad. Ocarina of Time had the bloodstained monster called Dead Hand, bloody spots and skeletons in the Bottom Of The Well and Shadow Temple, many monsters bleed when hit, and Ganondorf spit blood before he turned into Ganon, yet that game was rated E. Similar situation with Majora's Mask.
