Darn it I want/need to get info on Kena! It comes out on Tuesday and I'm sick of waiting on the reviews! I wanna know if it's good or not!

I know the embargo is likely Monday, but I pre-ordered it basically the day preorders became available and have been waiting since like Feb or March or something. I know it's not likely to be as good as, say, Deathloop or Ratchet & Clank or Ghost of Tsushima, but still! it looks cute, simple, and fun, and I need it in my life!

Here's a new preview I spotted:

Yeah we should see a lot more soon. Don't know when the embargo lifts for reviews though. Without spoiling the game for myself I did check out a small preview and it looks pretty darn good, never mind for an indie game.

Quite excited to play it.. It was one of my highlights of last years show for sure.

Thank you for this! Just made my day, for sure. I've been interested in this game since day one and while it is a little disheartening that it seems to have fallen out of the spotlight in lieu of DeathLoop and Death Stranding Director's Cut, every new thing I see about the game makes me more and more excited to play it. Looks great, looks even more indepth and fun than my initial thoughts were (I thought it would be SUPER rudimentary, since it's EmberLab's first game; they did animation for commercials before this, so I don't expect it to be mechanically deep or anything.)

what I want and expect out of it is a simple, 4-5 hour long campaign full of beautiful, lush environments, simple adventure and platforming elements, and a decent if unspectacular story. Based on what I'm seeing, I think that's a reasonable expectation and might be overdelivering on.

Seriously, though, it looks SO good and the traversal is far more interesting than I expected based on the first few trailers.

No worries.. Think its the mix of platforming, good visuals and really good ost does does it for me. And the small puzzles in between. There are some previews of combat as well but I didn't watch too much of that. And yeah the bigger games kinda (and sadly) overshadow releases like this.

Idd a short play-through sounds good for this type of game. Like it takes me effort to complete games these days that don't captivate me so smaller games so I do not mind. But yeah can't wait for next week!

Sony's getting some exclusive games from Capcom. Beefing up their Japanese line-up. Apparently.

I really don't think what appears to be a random forumgoer's post is a very good source for this sort of news. IT'd be nice but really not likely.

Next one in December. NO longer hyped for this lol.

I'm a little disappointed I still can't see Kena reviews. I really wanna see how good it is! My download has already happened.

Ember lab released a new trailer for launch

Physical editions for Kena: Bridge of spirits confirmed for November.

Now, that’s great news.

When is Sony going to acquire the studio?
