I heard that, too. I DO hope they do the remaster, but I hope they don't make the sequel. Not gonna lie, I haven't liked any soulslikes that don't have Hidetaki Miyazaki at the helm. I loved Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Dark Souls III, Bloodborne, and Sekiro, but I didn't like Dark Souls II, the Nioh Games, Mortal Shell, The Surge, etc. I don't think other developers can balance tough and fair like Miyazaki can, so even though I love bluepoint, a Bloodborne 2 is NOT what I want to see from them. It's like, the ONLY thing I don't want to see from them. But a remake? Yes please! ALL of my yes please.

True yeah, I mean he is working on Elden Ring which is near completion. And tbh it would make sense for it to be BB remaster seeing as we didn't have an upgrade for it. Much like UC4, which they later re-released as a PS5/PC collection with Lost Legacy. And we had those rumors a while back that BB was going to release on PC.

I can see them doing another colab with From for Bloodborne 2 after, will have to see. Fingers crossed xP

Wtf is this , they must be doing it on purpose. Can't believe this actually has Final Fantasy in the name.

Stumbled across a new site when I was looking up Dark Souls framerates. Home - PS4 & PS5 | Backwards Compatible (backwards-compatible.com)

It tells you the resolution+fps for ps4 games if played on PS4,PS4 Pro or PS5.

I don`t think we need two remake on the same IP. But sure if this is just a small project of remaster that takes like 1 year or less perhaps it makes sense. But I don`t think a sequel to it is the type of game BP with little experience making a game of their own should do.

Wait, that's real? I thought that was, like, a parody that some Garrys Modders made.

Holy shit how does anyone think this looks good. This might retroactively make me hate classic Final Fantasy.

What are potencial future inorganic growth targets for PS5? besides Ex Call of Duty Black Ops devs that are making An exclusive shooting game for PS5 , Deviation games , and Amy Henning Forspoken , which is an amazing writer she wrote Legacy of Kain : Soul Reaver on PS1 hope to see some of her Legacy of kain writing in forspoken . would be nice get acquired Fromsoft too , what other choices would you guys want :)

I would guess some small devs that have developed together with Sony like Sumo Digital, Sanzaru Games and the like, although some of those won`t be available anymore because of the likes of Facebook and Tencent making a move (like Ready at Dawn and Quantic Dream - which I believe was due to the sexual offense allegated against a big figure).

But yes I would rather have Sony making 3 or 4 studios getting these talented people that either left Sony or made venturing from other companies (like Kojima) and making them a at least 100 people team studio, plus making a maybe 1000 team support studio that can do like outsourcing for all their studios based on the demand and moment of the game development.

I think we're at a point where Sony may not necessarily wait for a studio to work on a Sony IP before being acquired. As long as they've partnered and the relationship works, that should be enough.

By that article on the job position, they may even be accepting purchase of studios they haven`t worked before. As long as the strategy aligns and brings the right profitability they may consider it. But we will see.

Kena was the No.1 downloaded game on PSN in europe, despite only 1 week on sale.

No.3 in the US, after NBA & Deathloop.

Considering there is literally no marketing for it, those sales are kinda nuts. I predict it will have legs too, physical is arriving in November.
