The Demon's Souls embargo lifts today so we should be in for some interesting previews.
SSD, 60FPS, PS5 UI, DualSense. These are the things I've been excited about while I really wasn't feeling the hype about next-gen graphics.
Demon's Souls just changed that. The footage from that trailer is from the 60FPS "Performance Mode".
How tf did Bluepoint achieve these graphics at 60FPS? Sony. This is your next acquisition.

Right?! Can't wait to see what Naughty Dog and Santa Monica do on the PS5. What they were able to do on the PS4 blows away anything the competition has shown so far for next gen IMO.
Digital Foundry gives huge praise to Demon's Souls.
Seriously - this might go down as one of the best launch games of all time. Yes, it’s a remake, but that doesn’t take anything away from it for me. This is a game you will keep in your library and play for years to come, I’d imagine.
