It was like a week ago.

Been playing it on PS4?

Played a little, but them bought Yakuza Remastered Collection (yes digital because it was 50% off while there is no physical copy in Brazil and importing would be 300% extra due to few available) so I have been playing it for several weeks already.

A friend loved Odyssey.

I stopped with Black Flag but it was leaps and bound better than AC2.

AC2 was nice for its time but it was REALLY repetitive.

Black Flag is repetitive too but the added pirating was an amazing addition.

Platined both (AC4 on a friend's system tho, used to do it back in the day, lol).

AC4 online was also a fun addition.

Black Flag was a solid game, don't get me wrong. But it had little to do with the original games.

AC2 can be repetitive. Especially if you played it recently. But back when it released it had really novel ideas and mechanics which combined with its setting and characters made it such a great game.

I didn't try online in AC4 as online in the earlier games were terrible.

I kinda feel out of the loop. Really enjoyed playing the PS3/Xbox era AC's 1-2, Brotherhood and 3, but skipped 4 as  i didn't really like setting. Then tried Synicdate and really couldn't get into it.

Haven't played an AC since lol.

You're almost as out of the loop as I am

Can't believe my last AC is 7 years old. At this point, Valhalla is a day one for me.

Pretty awesome send-off to PS4.

Haven't any Japanese team that received PS5 for test put noise and thermal for it?

I think developers are still under NDA.

Afaik, we only have the hands-on impressions stating that it's running very quiet and cool (8:08 in the video).

Nice. I do like the Nordic setting, and does looks quite promising from the previews. I only know what happened to the MC prior and bits of story through my ex-colleague - from 4 to Syndicate lol. Might play at some point but November eaten up by Cyberpunk and Demons Souls.

Talking about cooling it looks like the NVMe drive will be actively cooled according to an interview with the chief engineer of the console on 4gamer - Translated by a guy on NeoGAF.

"Since the expansion slot is located near the intake fan, it is structured to absorb heat at negative pressure from the exhaust hole."

They really went all in with the cooling. Good to see.

Yeah some may not like its looks and size but I like the way its built. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. From the cooling to the long term functionality of the device. Like the way you can easily access and maintain the console and even able to vacuum the dust caps on the side.

Sony confirmed today that disc versions of PS4 and PS5 games can be played offline and also can be played direct after installing without any need to internet if you so much decide.
