DF made a list of SSDs that should work with the ps5,

The main problem seems to be the heatsink size. While most SSDs will work, some won't due to the heatsink that they come with.

And DF should be part of Beta Testers and give us preview soon enough.

Will PS5 support M2-SSD and an external drive (SSD or HDD for PS4 games) at the same time or do we have to choose?

PS4 and PS4 Pro only allow one extension, Xbox One S/X and Series S/X at least two, probably more.

Considering the M2 is internal, I guess it would accept one external as well, but Sony makes some odd decision sometimes.

The Director at Insomniac Games says that NVMe's should perform identically to the internal SSD

Lower end Gen 4 drives that don't meet the spec (I'm assuming 4-5GB/s ones) load up to 15% slower

Looks like Cerny himself likes the SN850 as the PS5's secondary SSD!

Too bad they can't afford a second PS5 instead.

For GOTY, my eyes are on Kena.

Scarlet Nexus is mine so far but SMTV has a shot. Still lots of stuff to come out.
