Some game where I think a ref gave a penalty against Liverpool, was told to review it on the VAR screen, and just gave it a half-assed look for less than a second and decided it was a penalty anyway. It was super shady to say the least

Edit: looking it up, it's the Merseyside derby where Everton won 2-0. I had a feeling it was that but wasn't sure
