How good of a game is virtues last reward?

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

Its missing the puzzles from the original Nintendo DS version.

The Steam/PSV port will include the puzzles according to the hints from the dev on twitter along with that will feature higher resolution for the artwork/presentation and will include japanese voice acting - which is something that the iOS/android and NDS versions lacked.

I really just want to experience the story, do I really need the puzzles?
