There are two things happening here, actually, both from the DanMachi anime.  First, Hestia and her "boob ribbon" have become extremely popular in Japan.  People are even trying to wear it in real life, or at least take pictures of themselves doing it.  Hestia fan-art has exploded, as has "cosplay" fan-art of other characters wearing her ribbon.

The second thing is that the scene with her and the other character from the series dancing while brushing their teeth has become a meme.

Looks like the anime god is benevolent after all. After an excellent Winter season he will grace us with another epic season in Summer.

Gatchaman Crowds
Symphogear
Working!!!
Non Non Biyori
Dragon Ball
Fate/Kaleid

And just tonnes of promising stuff. In fact so many that I'm too lazy to list them all.

Only that it will disappoint many many people.

That's a strong word. And what's the reason behind this statement ?

Nostalgia blindness.
