With a new generation of gaming consoles now upon us, that can only mean one thing: It is time for the Console Wars to return.

In this new season of the Console Wars, Lasse Pulkkinen once again returns as your host as we see which console will come out on top between the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. Have Microsoft and Sony released the consoles of our dreams, or will they be found to be lacking? The only way to know is to watch along with us over the course of this season.

While the series will mainly focus on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, never fear, the Wii U will play a role in this new season of the Console Wars.

Pretty in-depth analysis.

PS4 wins in like 90% of the categories we can come up with. It isn't much of a war, this gen. Currently still prefer Xbox One but reality is reality.

The internet would have you believe there is a "slight" power difference between the two. After watching this, it would be intentionally being dense to call the difference in power between these two consoles, "slight".

The difference is huge.

Very concise and correct summarization. He could've dwelled a bit longer on the ACUs though. They're going to be a deciding factor later in the gen.

You will be shocked to what lenghts people will go to dismiss something.

To call the difference slight, would literally be like saying there would be no difference if the XB1 had a 6CU GPU instead of a 12CU GPU. Now how anyone will look at a 12CU GPU and say its not that different form a 18CU GPU is beyond me. And we arejust talking about the GPU compute units here. if we actually went into detail you will see the amount of areas the PS4 trumps the XB1; you can really help but laugh at anyone that tries to tell you how the hardware is the same.

Its really hsocking just how far people can go to simply not see what they don't want to see.
