Besides the threat of the thread being locked, I will add my own take on this.
They do this in the Army. AFter you do your initial stretching and push ups, you go running. Then when you are done you may do some other stretching and excercises to keep it going even if it is not at the same rate.
Yeah, I always recommend this kind of stuff because it saves people a ton of time as well. Glad it is getting more popular.
I don't know much about military training but my friends who has come out of the military says it is pretty brutal. Considering what some of them looked like before going in and what they looked like coming out I believe them lol
