And these fries are healthy for you without all the unhealthy fat so yes you can make it if you want :)  I'm assuming there is some carbs in it so it would be recommended to make it before your workout though.

I'll check out the protien powder you mentioned... have a large bag of muscle milk that I regret owning that me and the wife have been trying to get through.  Looking forward to making these on Friday when I start back up on real food.

Muscle milk is pretty good as well depending on the flavor.  I think muscle milk is pretty good for bulking up and adding muscle.  One of the better brands for sure.

jicama root is not really common in germany (maybe not in most parts of europe), i could not even say how it tastes right now lol. i believe i ate it few times but really no clue what it tastes like.
