World of Warcraft Classic will soon be receiving the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, something of a fan-favourite. As part of this the game will open 'Fresh Start' servers for players who haven't yet been tempted back. These realms are intended for players who want the experience of starting with a new character and playing alongside others who are in the same boat.
Fall Guys gets oddly adorable Halo skins this month

The videogames pipe has been springing tiny leaks here there and everywhere recently. This time, it's a collaboration between Fall Guys and Halo.
With Fall Guys set to make its debut on Xbox on June 21, it looks like the bean-shaped lads are having a celebration with some Spartan-themed goodies. The trailer appeared on Mediatonic's Bilibili account (a huge Chinese video-sharing site) and is, in typical goofy Fall Guys fashion, a colourful parody of the Halo 3 "Believe" trailer. It looks like four new skins will be landing: of course there's Master Chief, a Grunt skin, Brute skin and the lovely cat-eared Spartan helmet makes an appearance too. The end of the trailer shows that the event is due to start on June 30.
Grand Theft Enterprise: You can steal spaceships in Starfield, Pete Hines says

At today's "Extended" Xbox Game Showcase, Xbox communications manager Malik Prince sat down with Bethesda Softworks senior VP of global marketing & communications Pete Hines to chat more about some of the games we saw over the weekend. Bethesda's space RPG Starfield was featured, naturally, and the two discussed the open-ended gameplay that allows players to find their own path instead of simply following the pre-written narrative.
And during the chat Pete Hines casually mentioned that you can kill people, steal their spaceships, and fly away with them. So, there's that.
Todd Howard says Fallout 5 is coming after The Elder Scrolls 6, if we all live that long

Hope you like Fallout 76, because it's likely going to be the Fallout game, maybe the only Fallout game, for the next decade. I an interview with IGN, Bethesda's Todd Howard stated that Fallout 5 will follow The Elder Scrolls 6, which is still in pre-production. It's a long way off, in other words—just a twinkle in Todd's eye.

Immortal Empires, the free expansion for Total War: Warhammer 3 that will unite the armies and locations of all three games in some kind of unholy lasagne of fantasy wargaming, will be playable from August. Creative Assembly has begun blogging about what's changed and why it's taking so long, with the first blog introducing new features and explaining why it's launching as a beta.
Lollipop Chainsaw is 'back' and please let that mean on PC too

One of the PC's biggest failings is that we never saw the bombastic Lollipop Chainsaw make its way over here. It was a perfectly decent game, not groundbreaking or genre-defining by any stretch of the imagination. But it was so incredibly fun. Full of iconic, witty moments that I still quote to this day. It's been 10 years since Juliet and her decapitated boyfriend Nick slashed and sawed their way through zombie hordes, and I'm getting my hopes up for a long-overdue PC port.
That's because Yoshimi Yasuda, former CEO of Kadokawa Games, has announced that the series is "back" under his new studio Dragami Games (thanks, VGC). He didn't specify under what circumstances the game would return, simply tweeting: "Lolipop Chainsaw is back by Dragami Games. Please look forward to it." As always, I'm already anticipating my PC port dreams coming to life. Whether it be a sequel, remaster or remake, hopefully Juliet's daft adventures won't be limited to console this time around.
Stalker 2 developers continue work as key team members fight for Ukraine

Development on Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl was recently delayed until 2023. Its developer GSC Game World was based in Kyiv but, since Russia's invasion of Ukraine, has been facing the direst of circumstances. It had to temporarily pause development while it helped some employees flee the conflict, and evacuate its old office, while other employees are volunteering or have signed up for the Ukrainian armed forces.
