AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT RDNA 2 Graphics Card To Be Unveiled at Chinajoy 2021 This Weekend

Doom Ethernal was running at "all high, and one thing at ultra" on the Steam Deck according to IGN podcast.

According to DF, it was also running at 60fps. If both are true, that's nuts! Granted Doom is a very well optimized game but still, for a handheld? Jebus!

You're welcome.

One thing I didn't mention before is why NVidia seems to be more affected despite EVGA making GPUs for both AMD and NVidia. It's not only due to market share, but on how and where power gets measured.

*snip*

Actually Evga doesn't make AMD GPUs, the only make Nvidia GPUs. Evga is starting to make AMD motherboards though.

Given that motherboards control the fans of the whole system, I wouldn't pick an EVGA mobo for a while. Just in case.

You mean overpriced and hard to find?

But it's curious how we're getting so many rumors/leaks about the next AMD cards all of a sudden. Could it be that they've reached a certain milestone in its design that these leakers have uncovered?

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Honestly both Lovelace and RDNA 3 will probably be priced around $2000 if not more at the top end if these performance estimations are real. I just hope the 60 series doesn't become a $600 GPU.

And yea, Kopite did successfully leak the entire Ampere line up in May 21 2019 even though Ampere came out in September 2020. So as far as leaks go, I think it makes sense why we are seeing all these details a year before the actual release. It's just a matter of which ones are real and which ones are fake. But at the very least... We have one leaker that we can rely on!

You better watch your mouth and don't give them ideas! Not all os uf can spend that much on GPUs

Resident Evil Village PC - Is Performance Fixed? Plus: AMD FSR Performance/Image Quality Tests

Looks like a lot of the performance issues have now been fixed. Richard does go on a bit of a tangent regarding the whole situation which I like. They also test FSR and Richard doesn't really like it per say. They compare Native vs Interlaced (Checkerboarding) vs FSR. Interlaced gives the best performance but has artifacts, FSR gives the second best performance but with a noticeable hit to image quality even at Ultra Quality mode depending on the area. I think FSR looks fine enough if you don't look too close.

Ooo will give this a watch later.

I couldn't play with interlaced mode on. As much as it looked good while standing still, the blur in motion and the insane amount of shimmering in the mansion killed it for me.
