If true i will not buy a ps4 and i will stand by this statement.

PS4 have already made a direct statement about the use of DRM and trading in used games, i dont think they can go back on it now, and with the cheers and praise they received at e3...why would they?

It´s simple. it´s up to developers to apply DRM or not on Sony console.
in other words, Sony is just washing their hands about the matter. If developers apply DRM, and consumers get angry with that, it´s their fault and not Sony´s
