How big is the awareness in Germany about a shrinking population and is it discussed a lot in media and among ordinary people?

Pretty high, well among the somewhat educated people at least and this is honestly the majority of people it concerns.
It's no secret that people with higher education have less children (everywhere in the world).

Are you guys going to bring back the Lebensborn?  Sorry I had to go there...

I meant for Rugby Union or League, but I keep forgetting that it isn't too big in America.

Ah I always wanted to try rugby out.  Looks like a very grueling sport.  I wouldn't mind bulldozing over people.  However, there are some huge guys in the sport which would probably flatten me out.  I don't think there are any rec rugby leagues in USA (or at least Austin, Texas) probably due to the concern of injury (or lack of interest).  It would be cool to form a league though.  I don't have the greatest knowledge on all the rules in rugby.  I find it funny when they all line up in the circle and start pushing each other.  I'm pretty clueless when it comes to rugby and wondered why the start is like that.

Yeah, Union can be rather confusing, especially for a newcomer just viewing it for the first time. League is generally the more structured of the two and is very easy to pick up the rules just by watching a match or two, while its nuances require a more indepth look.

for a second i thought this was about ps3 numbers

That was the point !!!

At least someone fell for it :P

I fell for it too.  I was like what system are they talking about (has to be Sony since mainland Europe)...  So there is less population in Germany and PS3 is now overtracked.  VGC must use attachment rates for each German.  VGC - 35% of Germans own a PS3 so population being 1.5m overtracked = less PS3 actually sold.

Actually there is some truth to that.
Previous GfK estimate was that 35% of Germans are regular gamers (from age 10), so there are ~500k less gamers in Germany than previously thought.

40+ countries counting Poland, Ukraine, Micronesia and such ?

Beside, their average is under 25, so it can't be called fat by definition. Not even overweight.

40+ countries in Europe.

What does the bolded mean? Doesn't make any sense to me at the moment.

25 = the BMI

You are considered overweight over 25. Obese over 30.

Underweight is under 18.
