i think the reason why M$ turning the XboxONE into a family entertainment system in stead of just focus on gaming...

the reason is Kinect, it sold so well that is why M$ want to use a upgrade much better Kinect2 this new gen tech once again to attract not only casual gamers but non gamers too, cause only continue getting support by hardcore gamers will not be enough to become no.1 so easy, but they are confidence that most of their fanboy will still support XboxONE even if it isn't the best for core games, if all these turn out succeed, XboxONE will definitely be no.1 selling system for next gen...
