Anyone notice that Google Maps has a Zelda Easter-egg today? I was just looking for something, when I noticed the yellow Streetview figure is Link. Look!

Dude! Good find!

Nice.

It's waiting for me to pick up at the store, but couldn't today. The poor thing. Probably monday, maybe tomorrow.

I'm going digital.

New Nintendo Selects! How cool is that? Anyone who missed out on Pikmin or Super Mario All-Stars can find the game at a very reasonable price.

Also, Ocarina of Time!

Any first impressions of Twilight Princess HD?

And as a contrasting opinion to the guy above, I think it's excellent. A very significant improvement on the orignal graphically, and the small changes they have made are all very much for the better. No doubt this is the definitive version of this game, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the original (and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who didn't).

Have not played since Sunday, but here:

My thoughts:
-Must be played on TV (my LCD is an old 1080i and looks miles better than the gamepad).
-Hero mode for those that already played before. Pretty sure the Ganon mode would have been better if it was in the game as it should have come. Hopefully a future patch can fix this.
-Texture work is hit and miss. Some are impressive and some doesn't fit in the direction of the game.
-Less tears of light was a bad idea as Tantalus cut some important ones while it let some bad. For example, there are location where you get three of them and some barren areas that you still have to traverse with zero. It was bad implemented in Kakariko as the move important ones. In the cellar there are 3 and the graveyard zero. Definitely the old versions are better in regards of this.
-Lighting is old. No pro interface (clean HUD) and no movement while in first persone perspective made this underwhelming compared to TWWHD.

Anyway, I agree with the 85 score. It is, as I always pointed, an inferior remaster compared to TWWHD. And yes, I felt. Went digital as I'm not going to support amiibo never.

Graphics are very shitty. Tutorial is  painfully long. Wolf combat is not very great. Been pretty boring first 8 or so hours. Gotten a little better though with the fire dungeon. Guy delivering letters is extremely annoying.  Not very impressed so far. But hopefully it gets better from here.

First time playing the game.

Let's hope they fix all of that for Zelda U....

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Midna's back helmet. A Sheikah eye? :O
