Forums - Microsoft - Frontlines: Fuel of War now and XBox 360 Exclusive?

^^ Yeah, given that the devs cut their teeth on Battlefield mods, I think it is safe to say that PC is the platform of choice for this game.

The PC version apparently has twice as many players online as the console versions (and also releases a week earlier in Europe).

Can't say I'll be buying it though.

As far as I knew, initial development for Frontline was X360/PC, then eventually decided to be a PS3 port. Its entirely plausible that they scrapped the port since they know the game probably won't sell well on the PS3 (and for the X360 for that matter), and decided to rather focus on trying to spend the least possible amount of cash.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

I definately looking forward to the game because of 32 players and the Battlefield-esque experience.  I'll wait for reviews though and see if my friends will play it with me.

America = Best Gaming Console

Europe = Best Game Developers

Quit saying "internets".

Yeah... I don't think very many people will even notice if it doesn't come out on PS3. It sounds to me like another FPS when the industry is in a state where there are already too many games in the genre.

You do not have the right to never be offended.
