I would go for it will never be released, but I would think there is a decent chance that we will have to wait until 2013 for this, as R* have been releasing 1 game every spring for the last few years, but hopefully GTA V will come sooner

And I don't know if it is just me getting too excited, but does that Five across the V make you think of bandanas, so therefore gangs... so therefore San Andreas 2 (certainly more than Vice City 2) and therefore Final Fantasy VII remake?
