I dont believe it,I saw the bonus round before where they all said mgs4 was coming to 360 like they knew it factually and it never happened.

Yeah,I waited long and hard for MGS4 on 360,but it never happened.

To all ps3 fans -> don`t do the same mistake like I did with ME 2

It's entirely possible to make unconfirmed, baseless prediction guesses that can become truth at a later time.

Even if a PS3 port appeared a year or two later, it really wouldn't matter much except for those who were really late at getting into the ME franchise.

Case in point: by the time that MGS4 360 port shows up (if you were holding your breath for that one, you'd be dead by now), who the hell will even care other than the handful of people who clung desperately to the notion that it was a near reality.

If it happened in 2010, sure; that would be a pretty big deal, but it seems less likely now that the release of a port would be in the near future given that ME2 is doing quite stellar on the 360 and (maybe) PC. This is not to say that said port is not already in development.

But no one has really detailed the terms of "exclusivity" for the franchise. It could be a year or more for all anyone knows.

Making the game go full multi-platform at this stage when there are already ME1 and ME2 on the market could hurt its future sales. I don't think that EA will take the risk especially when they see that their new game Dragon Age that is from the beginning a full multi-platform is selling much worse on PS3 than X360.

I think that they are able to achieve more when the game is a console exclusive for X360. Much more hype for the game.

Why would a release on PS3 after the 360 releases hurt the 360 sales? A single release of all 3 games at the end of the trilogy sounds like a good idea to me.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

This below is said to come from PC data from ME2:

[SFXGame.BioSFHandler_CharacterR?ecord2] !m_nMaxRenegade=1900 m_nMaxParagon=1957 m_srXPFormat=340881 m_srSpendTalentPointsMessageXBox?=348754 m_srParagonRenegadeMessageXBox=3?48755 m_srSpendTalentPointsMessagePC=3?48753 m_srParagonRenegadeMessagePC=348?755 m_srSpendTalentPointsMessagePS3=?348755 m_srParagonRenegadeMessagePS3=15?3007

Guys who found it also say that "PS3" lines can be found in "DefaultEngine.ini" and also in "Coalesced.ini".

This could be huge or could be nothing. Prepping an .ini file means absolute dick to be honest.

First off the claim that uncharted's story is very similar to the first one, well its a sequel and they should be similar, but ME 2's story isnt original at all its just a hodge podge of starwars, aliens, and star trek with even some smaller details like the blue suns being based of the black sun crimianl group from starwars its a total rip off, but I still want to play ME 2 both are great games. BTW Uncharted 2 got a 9.5 on gamespot and ME 2 got a 9.

I Hate the fact that all these pillows are contaminated by retard!!

Going multi-plat. wasn't very successful for Bioshock at .58m on PS3. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 got added content etc. but still did just .46m. ES IV is an exception to the rule at 1.14m but the PS3 library is much stiffer competition in 2010. An ME2 port would certainly make money but there are factors that shrink the bottom line:

1. A separate team to code for the more complicated system costs money and takes the best and brightest away from DA2, ME3, DLC and TOR online. BWs plate is full right now and DA:O was buggy even for them. Is Edge of Reality a viable alternative?

2. Will multi console owners buy the more expensive to produce version? How many already have it on PC? The only benefit comes if the total number of units sold on all platforms is increased and even that is gro$$ not net.

3. Perhaps the most important issue is EA's relationship with M$. If in fact M$ are constantly moneyhatting devs., bloggers, reviewers, distributors as so many contend, then that source dries up. Why would M$ bundle or advertise for EA again?

EA/BW do not need ongoing disputes over M$ propietary game development software or licensing fees every time a contract comes up. Recent financials give M$ the stronger position.

LOL 100% sure it will come to ps3, just like ToV, Bioshock,Lost Planet,GTA Expansions,Fallout Expansions,Star Ocean,Ninja Gaiden,Castle Crashers,Braid.360 has only 4 exclusives, Halo, Gears 2, Fable, Forza

But war... war never changes

I don't think there is really any point in going console multiplat once the game is already multiplat. If you can get the game on PC, everyone has access to it, as everyone got a PC these days. If not, that I can't really see you work around even the most basic stuff. For my school it's mandatory to have PC and internet access and that's daily studium.

ME won't even sell that many in others on Xbox, since a lot of ppl will get it on PC. Also saying that DA:O sold more on Xbox than PS3 could be the same reason, it sold more on PC than Xbox and PS3. I can speak for central europe, since Czech Rep, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland are under the same EA / BioWare office and Czech representation stated that in this region, PC version outsold both console versions of Dragon Age combined. I can imagine something similar for ME.

MY HYPE LIST: 1) Gran Turismo 5; 2) Civilization V; 3) Starcraft II; 4) The Last Guardian; 5) Metal Gear Solid: Rising
