According to VGChartz 390,000 units were sold. And you are forgetting that Tales of Symphonia 2 hasn't been released in PAL-regions yet (I think you can add about 100k LTD). But nevertheless the sales of this game aren't something to be proud of. Especially when some sequels do better than its prequels in this generation.

Wait, you expect more from Symphonia 2 than Vesperia in Europe? O_o

Also, I think a Wii port is pretty low on the list. A PSP port seems more likely tbh.

You are right, 100k seems to be much. But I still think it can manage 70-80k.Furthermore, you are acting like Vesperia cannot be purchased anymore. Let's assume it is still available until Christmas 2011. It's possible to do another 20k (3 times Christmas and about 150 units sold per week in PAL-Regions.)

when I was playing ToV on 360 I thought this could easilly be done on there so no surprise about this

I'm pretty sure they're going to release a spin-off on rails shooter. =P

lol

Vesperia is the only reason I ever play the 360.

If the rumour is true, and the Vesperia is identical in regards to content to the PS3, then I'd get the PS3 version...love me the HD visuals.

What if the Wii version has extra content over the PS3 version?

PS3!!!

Why, because I love HD visuals, and I extremly doubt that they would port it and again add even more content, lets just keep it at 1 rumor with the healthy does of salt before we proceed any further shall we?

Why would they port it again without anything extra, then they can't get the hardcore JP Tales base to buy it a 3rd time?  Namco's never done that before actually, every later same gen port seems to have extra content (Symphonia PS2, Ridge Racer 7, Eternal Sonata PS3, Vesperia PS3, Soulcalibur BD, Katamari Tribute, etc).  I wouldn't expect a Wii Vesperia to be any different, even if it's just something minor likes Graces costumes/cameos or something to tie it in closer with First Strike.

Yea I can now just imagine the downloadable content of the nintendo inspired costumes of zelda, mario characters etc...

Well Rikiya updated his blog and shot down the rumor that he started as a mistake himself

notice the "※" mark?
※Wiiで発売されるのは、『テイルズ・オブ・ヴェスペリア』ではなく、『テイルズ・オブ・グレイセス』の間違いでした!関係各所のみなさま、本当に申し訳ありません!!!!(09.11.09)
well he said it was a mistake, he meant Tales of Graces and apologized for the confusion

Currently Playing: Devil Survivor 2 (NDS)
