My personal favorite would be (most likely not):

A new action game like God of War. I heard the former Team Ninja leader and his bandits are working on a new action game. Figures cross.

Also, with the success of a exploring/action/adv/shooter like Uncharted 2, I think Microsoft would like to have a game like that in their arsenal. The question is who will make such a game for them since they don't have a 1st party studio that makes these kind of games.

Tomonobu Itagaki said he's doing something completely new, since he's fresh out of ideas for a new fighting game or a hack and slash in that one interview regarding this new project. If I'm not mistaken, he also took pictures of a missile launcher (or something like that) for his project. So I don't know what he's up to.

As for something like Uncharted 2, I'd say Splinter Cell: Conviction is as close as we'll get to such a game gameplay-wise.

Star Wars game for NATAL

E3 for MS will most likely be taken up by the Natal launch titles. But they will also feature Fable 3 and Halo Reach.
