Loved the first two games, though PiT wasn't as good as SS.

Is that box art fan made or is that a new version of the American boxart?

Not for me. I checked at the end of August and the game wasn't on the list anymore. So I never got to click the option to get an extra 10 coins. They took the game off the list like 2 weeks early. Did they put it back up after taking it off of the list?

Are you sure you didn't click it at the beginning of the time frame and just forget? It was still in my list as of yesterday, although it has now been taken down.
