I don't know if PS360 are bringing in "new" people

they are just getting more of the PS2 owners who like traditional games, while wii is really bringing actual new people in

Whats to say old PS2 gamers arent getting a Wii? There is no proof that any console has brougth new people other than hardware numbers.

Its quite possible the xbox 360 could have brought more new people in than the Wii, but we cant prove that now can we.

PS2 is the only console bringing "new" people in if we go by hardware numbers, but even then that makes no sense. All in all its actually every console bringing new people in not just the Wii.

I just don't know, what new people would PS360 bring in?

Some of you have a really weird definition of "bubble bursting". Slowly deflating would be more appropriate.

@amp316: The common sense in your last sentence just threw people off.

Are you saying that I don't normally have common sense?  LOL

You are the man behind the celebrity theory, so... yeah.

My theory has yet to be proven wrong.

That will happen as soon as the The Conduit sales are in.

I said that the game would be huge.  I didn't say anything about sales.

It always begins in Japan.

Unless nothing is done, I believe it will be spread everywhere, but obviously something will be done.

I skimmed the whole thread, but I didn't see anyone mention the Wii's UK price increase. If those sales figures are true, couldn't the price hike be a factor? It would also be a factor unique to the UK.

(The price increase did happen, right? The news about it was from early March.)
