Warcraft: Started with 2, went along with 3 and played WoW (account still active since my brother still plays). Lets see if I remember correctly I have few characters and their played times together are like 60-70 days.
Half Life (and all the mods): I played both Half Life few times, played CS pretty seriously as well as FLF (HL mod).
Pokemon: How much time I invested just in Red, Blue and Silver is crazy.

Square Enix Games, Tri-Ace Games, Blizzard Games, Puzzle Games, ehhh anything RPG in general.

Oh and Soul Calibur Games due to Character Creation.

Probably Age of Empires/Mythology. I grew up playing skirmishes and messing around with the editors in Age of Empires II and Age of Mythology.

After that, Mario Kart. Mario kart 64 is probably my most played game ever, followed by Age of Mythology and the original Super Smash Bros.

mine would be a toss up between halo series and guitar hero series.
