I can only think of 3. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes. I don't neccessarily hate the MGS games, I just really dislike the gameplay, they just aren't my kind of games.

I totally agree with Wind Waker. I considered putting it on my top 5, but it just got edged out by Diddy Kong Racing.

I hated the cell shading and didn't find the puzzles to be in the same league as Ocarina of Time.

Well I didn't mind the cell shading, though it did turn me off as a kid because I was so hyped by the earlier trailer. (You might remeber it.)  I do agree with the puzzles though, WAY TO &^$#ING EASY!

What really drove me to hate it though were other factors:
-The A.I.  What A.I.?  Legend of Zelda I had better A.I.
-The story.  The result of Nintendo taking a story seriously is never a good one.
-The sailing. Excuse me while I go make a sandwhich.... We're still sailing?!  LAME!
-The warp song.  You get it WAY too late in the game, and it's worthless when you get it.  Not to mention you can only warp to the seven islands you've already been to!  This could have been the best item in the game if you were allowed to warp wherever you wanted and you got it sometime before getting the boat or just a little after.
-The Triforce Quest.  Now this was the gamekiller right here.  So much so, I lost all determination to keep playing.  Mindlessly sail everywhere in hopes of finding a map, get it to Tingle and pay 298 rupees if you don't have to collect them first, THEN sail to the triforce area.  And that's not the half of it, YOU DO IT 8 *($&ing TIMES!!!
-Assiging the R button to drop.  This game made me learn why there are people who dislike the Gamecube controller.  For the longest time I thought it was impossible to simply drop items.  Is simply standing in one place to drop and running to throw so hard to program?

You know, I'm amazed that this hasn't gotten me flammed yet.  Maybe there are more people who agree with me than I thought?

Out of curiosity toward the people that dislike Mario 64...what exactly did you dislike? I found Mario 64 to be nearly flawless, especially when considering it was a launch title. Imo, it may be the best launch title of all time.

The sailing was a major turn-off. I'd like to hear from someone who actually enjoyed that aspect of the game.

1. Resident Evil, all except RE4. Survival Horror? more like survival lolz0r. You want scary? play Silent Hill. RE's a joke.
2. Guitar Hero/Rock Band
3. Final Fantasy IX. Well, I don't hate it, I plain dislike it. VII is infinetely better.
4. Dragon Quest VIII. Can you say G-E-N-E-R-I-C?
5. Pokemon games. Boring, the creatures above the original 150 (or was it 151? ) are total overkill.

I love the very first level of the title, after that it got very boring, very fast. It got dull and stail for me trying to collect 120 stars. I almost lost complete interest into the snow level where you slide with the penguins, but after that it lost interest once again. Great for exploring 3D titles on consoles with and really good for it's time, but a few months later there were much better titles. I will agree for a launch title it was good.

I think it's probably because of the people who claim that they've "moved on" to Sony products or that they compare it to later franchises like Ratchet & Clank or Jak & Daxter.

1. Madden - i truly wish i could enjoy these games but they just bore me to death. Probably because I have no interest in sports.

2. GTA (after 2)- the series just got way too realistic and way less arcadey fun. Pop-in, jerky and glitch ridden animation and slowdown ruin the atmosphere which i found boring most of the time.

3. Wii Sports -My second biggest disappointment from Nintendo. I found it to be really shallow and boring.

4. Nintendogs. - My biggest disappointment from Nintendo. I can't believe rub your tamagotchi was that mind blowing or fun for so many people.

5. Metal Gear Solid - Fun to watch but a chore to play. It's like you have to stop every 3 minutes to listen to assholes talk and philosophize.

6. Prince of Persia - If i didn't have to fight things this would be an awesome game. But combat is clunky and boring and is only frustrating when you could be doing more bad ass platforming.

I loathe FPS in general. It rather upsets me that it gets so many games constantly announced and my favorite genres seem forgotten.

Getting all 120 stars was a bit of a chore, but I enjoyed the challenge. Also, you could beat the game with 60 stars, the extra 60 were a bonus for hardcores that couldn't get enough.
