Forums - General Discussion - The English language NEEDS a new word

Describing a mix of a sequel and spin-off like ToS: KoR or FF XII: RW. 'Spinquel' anyone?

Around the Network

Or Gballzack = Person who get banned on internet fora and make a new account where he plays someone else

J/K.

Side-quest anyone?

Kimi wa ne tashika ni ano toki watashi no soba ni ita

Itsudatte itsudatte itsudatte

Sugu yoko de waratteita

Nakushitemo torimodosu kimi wo

I will never leave you

Gaiden

But that's not really English...

Tag - "No trolling on my watch!"

That describes a mix of spin-off and sequel?

Around the Network

It's more just spin-off

I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.

Currently playing: Super Smash Brothers Brawl(Wii), Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer(DS), Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (DS), WiiFit(Wii)

Games Recently Beaten: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (Normal; Very Hard after the next DLCs become available)

Trolling someone you think is a troll in this thread is the spinquill equivalent of elektra to daredevil. Stop before our skin melts from viewing this abomination.

Surprisingly, I decided to look this up in the Oxford online dictionary, and while gaiden isn't classified as an English word, gaijin is listed.
