Forums - Nintendo Discussion - After E3, I am giving Ubisoft the benefit of the doubt.

I'm sensing quite a fair bit of back-tracking in the O.P..

Weird.

Maybe what they meant by Nintendo quality games was that eventually they and Nintendo would be making similar quality games. Wii Music certainly doesn't look like it's much better than Petz.

(Before anyone calls me a troll...look at my game and console collection. I'm quite happy with my purchase of the Wii. I simply think that game looks awful).

Wii Music hardly looks like a game, although I bought all the Wii ... titles so far this one will definitely not come into my home. But I wouldn't use it as an example of quality, it makes a lot more sense to use their best games for this. So far Ubisoft isn't even trying to make anything halfway decent on Wii, let alone games of Nintendo's highest quality.

Ooh! Low blow! But hilarious nonetheless.

I know and agree, I was just being snarky.

My consoles and the fates they suffered:

Atari 7800 (Sold), Intellivision (Thrown out), Gameboy (Lost), Super Nintendo (Stolen), Super Nintendo (2nd copy) (Thrown out by mother), Nintendo 64 (Still own), Super Nintendo (3rd copy) (Still own), Wii (Sold)

A more detailed history appears on my profile.

Didn't they also announce their I AM Alive title for Ps3 360 and Wii.

I am still skeptical. Maybe when they show something of Redsteel 2 I could do the same as you.

I'm hoping Red Steel 2 will be good, the first had some awesome elements and some disappointing elements

No, you're chosing to ignore that I repeatedly stated quite a while ago that I was waiting until E3 to see if Ubisoft actually did think that way. It's clear they don't, so there is no backtracking.

Then again, you've twisted a lot of posts to try to make us all look wrong.

Oh, so you weren't the one with the "Ubishit" avatar?  Or the "Ubisoft: We don't like money" avatar?

Exactly.

Everything you needed to say was in your avatar.

I'm just hoping Red Steel 2 actually gets made.

Did I drop that avatar just now, which would indicate backtrackin in the OP, or weeks before E3, which was around the time I stated I was waiting until E3 for them to prove themselves, which would indicate I had changed my mind long before this?

Exactly.

This is what I mean by twisting everything to make us look wrong. If I had kept that avatar, then you would have grounds, but acting like it's still my position, even after I clearly stated it no longer was quite a while ago, you are just using bullshit to try to falsely make me look like a hypocrite.

I don't take kindly to people like you. You're no better than those jerks on the yell-over-each-other shows on cable news.
