Not directly, no, but considering how Sony repeatedly touted this game as a reason to buy the console (and as an exclusive) despite it's not having a release date...well, I wouldn't say it's their fault per se, but your response is completely inadequate.

Yes I bought a PS3 with mainly FFXIII in mind. But that's a long time down the road, and I have yet to be dissapointed with my purchase. As a Sony fan it's sad to see this exclusive go multiplat, but I still don't regret my choice.

Fixed. If you love a game that much I guess money doesn't matter, but buying it before the game's even been released is just daft.

a) The console will get cheaper if you wait.

b) The game might not come out for some reason.

c) Another company may hijack the exclusive!

d) With a game like Final Fantasy there's a possibility there would have been (maybe still will be) a special edition bundle like with Metal Gear Solid. If you're that big a fan surely you'd want the special bundle.

At one point in time I would've been one of those idiots. Now I have Patience. Unfortunate though that alot of people in my area didn't the local Gamestops here are being flooded with PS3's.....

Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games. If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.
